Senior
Process Consultant
The Senior Process
Consultant provides the planning, coordination and execution of the
activities required when a new client signs up. This person will be engaged
with the clients from the time the contract is signed until the time the
services have been successfully implemented. The Senior Process Consultant
will plan, conduct, and direct the analysis of the client's inventory,
payment and reporting requirements through a series of direct and indirect
meetings, throughout identifying, modelling and implement the business
process. They will set expectations with the client that assures our mutual
success in implementing and integrating our services and in meeting or
exceeding the contractual obligations.
Tasks
§
Creates, communicates, updates, and
executes the Client Implementation Plan. This involves routine client
contact via written and verbal communication.
§
Analyze exiting enterprise processes
(document processes, carrier processes, identify improvement potentials)
§
Design and optimize enterprise
processes (re-design existing processes, adapt existing processes to
changing business needs)
§
Derive implications on organization,
technology and people. Establish a common framework for process analysis,
design and optimization
§
Conducts and documents Client Review
Meetings at project launch and at various intervals throughout the Client
implementation
§
Records and maintains client documentation
through a series of written forms (Client meeting notebook, electronic
meeting notes, client binder, etc.) keeping accurate records of
discussions, expectations, commitments and deliverables
§
Support consistent use of
state-of-the-art process management methodologies Manage process analysis
and process optimization projects
§
Documents the progress of the
Implementation Plan, keeping track of completed and outstanding issues and
activities and providing timely documentation along the way
§
Provides regular project and
implementation status updates to Seonix and
senior management of the clients
Requirements
§
Master degree or equivalent
§
4 - 6 years professional work
experience in process and / or management consulting. Telco or software
company are a great plus
§
-/ Project-/ Program management
experience
§
Strong and proven project management
experience, especially in process analysis and optimization projects
§
Keen perception, high ability to
reason analytically, distinct conceptual skills
§
Language skills: Very Fluent in
English, written and spoken (German and other languages are a great plus) -
Personal attributes: assertive, reliable, confident, persistent, both
strong team player and able to work self-dependently, excellent social
competency, able to work in dynamic and multicultural environments,
flexible and mobile
§
International travel required
